The software never trades outside your limits.

Equity Stop

You can decide the maximum your account may lose. If that line is ever touched, the software closes everything on its own. This setting is optional, and off by default. Turn it on for a hard stop.

Drawdown Pause

The open loss reaches your limit and new trades stop. Positions already running stay in the market. Trading resumes once the loss drops back under your line.

Spread Filter

No new trade opens while the broker spread is above your limit. The default: 2.0 pips.
